Privacy Policy
This describes what happens today. It has not been reviewed by counsel and is not the final policy; it will be revised, and this notice removed, once that review happens.
What is collected
Submitting the quote request collects:
- Shipment details: pickup and delivery locations, and vehicle information.
- Timing and transport preference.
- Contact details: name, email and phone number.
- A record of the consent you gave, including the exact wording shown at the time, so that what you agreed to can be verified later.
Nothing is collected before you submit the request. The shipment details you enter along the way are kept only in this browser tab, to survive an accidental reload, and are discarded automatically after thirty minutes; contact details are never written to this browser at all.
Why it is collected
Shipment details are used to work out which transport options suit the vehicle. Contact details are used to respond to the request directly. Contact details are requested last, after the shipment details, so you can decide whether to continue once you have seen how the process works.
Sharing
Route Bridge Auto does not currently have a transport-partner network. Your request is used only by Route Bridge Auto to respond to you directly; it is not shared with, sold to, or visible to any other company. If that changes and requests begin being shared with a transport partner to fulfil, this page and the consent wording shown before you submit will both be updated first, and a request will not be shared with anyone before you have seen who and agreed.
Retention and removal
A formal retention schedule has not yet been set. Until it is, request information is kept only for as long as it takes to respond to it, and you can ask for your information to be found and deleted at any time using the contact details below.
Questions
