This policy is not final. It is being prepared alongside the disclosure wording for the quote request, and both will be reviewed before any real requests are collected. Nothing on this page should be treated as the final policy.
What is collected today
Nothing. The quote request cannot be submitted yet, so no request information and no contact details are collected by this website in its current state.
What will be collected
When the quote request goes live, submitting it will collect:
- Shipment details: pickup and delivery locations, and vehicle information.
- Timing and transport preference.
- Contact details: name, email and phone number.
- A record of the consent you gave, including the exact wording shown at the time, so that what you agreed to can be verified later.
Why it is collected
Shipment details are used to work out which transport options suit the vehicle. Contact details are used to respond to the request. Contact details are requested last, after the shipment details, so you can decide whether to continue once you have seen how the process works.
Sharing
How a request is shared with transport partners is not yet finalised. A disclosure explaining exactly who may receive your information, and who may contact you, will be shown before you submit anything. It will not be possible to submit a request without seeing it.
Retention and removal
How long request information is kept, who may access it, and how to ask for it to be removed, are being decided and will be published here before the quote request goes live.
